Whats wrong with not hiring smokers? Most non smokers do nto like to smell smoke on people they do business with. Also the health costs, and the lost labor time to smoke breaks, its not worth it. Discrimate against the piercings and tattoos also. If i see someone with a piercing they immediately go into the tragically moronic category and they dont get a job.
