they are only doing something now because publicity like the Minutemen has shamed them..the question is will they do the right thing or just flim flam us again?

I've thought of this as a solution, as well. I'd bet, however, that the leftists and illegal alien apologists in the government would use environmental/endangered species laws or some such as a pretext to stop landowners from building such a fence.
