Report: Delay to Resign From Congress

The title infers he's leaving before his term expires. From the other reports I've seen, he's retiring, not resigning.

No article yet. Could be a "flank 2" move by Delay. That would be funny.

May God bless this man! He gives up his own personal political ambitions for the good of the party. I wish a certain congresswoman in Florida would take a hint from this situation.
