I'm glad the judge threw this ridiculous case out. I wish more judges had the 'nads to tell these money-grubbing lawyers to stick their frivolous lawsuits where the sun don't shine!

Make the family pay for the attorney's fees for the coach. The judge has the power to do that -- they just choose not to use that power. Why????
