Read that the #2 engine had a flameout on take-off. Must have been above the 3 engine climb-out weight. Glad she didn't catch fire, they couldn't have dumped much fuel if they didn't make the runway.
They may have put more cargo on on take-off, with plans to refuel enroute. They were still fortunate to not have had a fire. Good pilots.
