Not sure that I can give an exact report on the story, something like this:

Customer spots a bomb in the restroom of a restaurant in the San Francisco area, yes it was leaking "something", {Drano is popular for leaks and filling soft drink cans, for drinking by the un-knowing}.

Full bomb alert, procedure.

Then the word came out that a "homeless person" had found the flashlight in the bushes, picked it up and noticed it was leaking, so he took it in the restaurant and put it in the bathroom.........
