I fear that this is no joke -- the Russians may be using Iran as a catspaw to see how we counter the latest Russian technology.

Or it could be the Chinese behind this. One thing for sure, the Iranians didn't develop this missile.

Yes, from what I understand, the chinese have been developing their missles, and selling chemical weapons.

Yeah, the Chinese supposedly bought some of these from Russia. I wonder if the Iranians just bought it from Russia or China, or imported the plans, technology and scientists neccesrty to set up their own production line.
