We all "respect" Islam; presidents and prime ministers and foreign ministers, lapsing so routinely into the deep-respect-for-the-religion-of-peace routine they forget that cumulatively it begins to sound less like "Let's roll!" and too often like "Let's roll over!"

I see it as letting the moderates have a chance to prove themselves, as well as trying to not have to take on all 1.2 billion at once.

That said, the possibility that we will need to do so remains open.

This whole thing would be much easier if the Western media weren't so multiculturally/politically correct, and were willing to take on the evil aspects of (radical?) Islam - violent jihad, dhimmitude, subjugation of women, etc. And if the mythical moderate Islamics would step up to the plate and prove themselves by controlling their radicals.

You are correct, I knew we were in trouble when they made
us change the name of the opening battle from:

"Infinite Justice" to what ever it was changed to, because
it offended those who murdered 3000 American citizens. That
was just the beginning of the PC butt munching of the damn
