I'll give most Freepers credit though. During Clinton's end, few believed it or fell for this rumor, and almost everyone debunked it from the start.

It's BS. They reported the same thing about Clinton in his final two years. Waste of time.
All I'll say is that the 'Rats aren't fooling about Impeachment should they (unlikely) gain both houses of Congress in '06. Continued lack of action on Jorge's part will drive many to be much less active in supporting Jorge through '08.

First, this nation has undergone presidential election in other wars: Civil and World.
Second, Bush fatigue. If Bush tried to use 'war' as a reason for his staying in office, it would look similar to what Johnson appeared to be doing with the Vietnam War.

I don't believe this for a nano-second. Although I think if Hillary manages to get elected, that will be the last fair election we ever have.
President Bush will be president past 2008 as inauguration day is January 20, 2009.
Why in the world would this man put himself through another term. He has already aged enough.
