What do they do with the thief on the cross? He wasn't baptized, but Jesus said he would be in paradise.
Again, the thief on the cross died before Christ completed his ministry. Before Christ's sacrifice was complete. The thief died under the Law of Moses with it's mode of salvation. Christ changed that with his death, burial and resurrection.
