Pardon my paranoia, but Nakhon Luang district is in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya (more commonly known just as Ayutthaya (some 50 - 60 miles north of Bangkok) It also has a large Muslim population and was home to Hambali when he was caught there.

They're VERY comfortable, I wear them most days and they look great with Dockers. I'll buy another pair next time around. BTW, I don't care where something is made. If it fits my budget and/or needs, so what?

All jokes aside this may be important. It could be cartoon jihad related. There's no evidence for that yet, but with an unexplained fire in a Danish factory in a Muslim area in current times the thought needs to be considered until the fire is explained adequately otherwise.
