I agree the Buddhist vision is incomplete
The Four Noble Truths they espouse
1) Dukkha - Life is Suffering
2) Samudaya - The Cause of Suffering is Desire.
3) Nirodha - To attain Nirvana, one must extinguish Desire
4) Magga - To extinguish Desire, one must follow the "Middle Path."
