Yes, it should. In addition it would be helpful if we reminded our poor misguided Mexican neighbors that their country has been blessed with the same natural resources as the US. It is because of poor Mexican leadership, governmental mismanagement and social elitism that Mexican citizens suffer so much more that we in the US do.
