Just leave the time of day alone.

If businesses and/or government want open/close earlier or later with the changing seasons fine but leave the freaking time alone.

I agree. Just when we finally get used to the time, they change it. Now everyone will have to get up an hour earlier.

It's a phychological game they are playing with us.

Many years ago I overheard a very stupid woman telling her friend at a grocery store that she loved daylight savings time because the extra hour of sunlight really made her garden grow better.

i agree. it is the dumbest idea that has ever been devised.

there are even studies that show an increase in traffic deaths because people are so sleepy on the monday morning following the change in clock time.

I just did a good trick last Sat. I left Taiwan at about 3:00 pm on Sat. March 25 and landed in Honolulu Hawaii at around 7 am. on Sat. March 25th. So I was in Hawaii before I left Taiwan. (thanks Scotty!!)

I just tried to reset my stupid watch. Now it's on 12:00 and I managed to reset the date to January 1! I can reset most things, but for some reason this stupid Nike watch befuddles me. There are only 2 buttons, and it's some weird combo to make it actually set a new time, other than just resetting it back to 12. I suppose I will have to wake up at midnight and set it then! Drat.
