It's like me saying I'm an American "Era" citizen.
It reminds me of all the dumbass hyphenated names, like Italian-American or the liberal women who have last names like Smith-Jones.
Hogwash.
I included Viet Nam Era Vets for our Brothers and Sisters
who served during war time but were no assigned to combat zones.
Fact is many of them were under just as much danger as those who were in theater.
Many, not assigned, actually make it a point to refer to themselves as
Viet Nam Era Vets because they don't want to be like so many phonies out there.
In my book they are the same as anyone who was there.
