I heard on Rick Roberts Show 760 KFMB (available on the net)that shool officials in Oceanside California banned all flags from the district as they could be used for symbolic fighting. These people need to be fired immediately. American Taxpayers and their children should not only be allowed but should be encouraged to be patriots, They should have banned flags from Mexico.

I have been following with some interest and growing concern the activites at your High School as regards the young man who burned the Mexican flag.
We face serious challlenges in our nation due to illegal immigration and this has been exapserated lately by the illegal immigrants themselves protesting with an "in your face" attitude about their legal status and their so-called value to our Republic. For me it is not only a shame, it is an outrage that these individuals feel emboldened to demand our sovereign terrotory (as evidenced amply by their deomonstrations), demand legal status and citizen privileges despite their illegal activity, and raise their own national flags (mainly Mexican) over our public institutions.
As I understand it, this flag was raised at your school and the ROTC cadets responsible for the flag pole (as they should be) took it down and returned it to those who raised it indicating it should not happen again. When they did it again, the ROTC student took it down again and disposed of it.
In any case, this young man, again, as I understand it, did not instigate protest or demonstration, he simply responded to it. What was occurring was an afront to any loyal American. That this young man should be arrested on arson charges is also an affront. I want you to know, as a father who has put five children through our public schools, I support this young man and his family and will lend my financial support to their legal battle, a battle that should not exist in the first place in my opinion.
With all due respect sir, isn't it strange and very hypocritical that when someone burns an American flag it is somehow called free speech, but when this patriotic American young man, after attempts to keep our flag from being defamed, burns a Mexican flag that is the instrument of the American flag's defamation, that it is called arson?
Shame on all of those involved with attempting to prosecute, shame, or punish this young man...and rest assured, the people I know, all over this country, are not going to sit back for it. These illegal aliens, their children, and those who support them in these reprehensible demonstrations have all pushed for a bridge far, far too far.
