The level of intoxication a rape victim is under during the alleged crime is not admissable nor a defense against rape.

I doubt they did a toxocology screen or a BAL test on her.

I was thinking along the lines of DWI; open containers in their car; possibly being in possession of cocaine or pot; public intoxication. Also, is prostitution legal in North Carolina?

Did police or Heroic District Attorney consider any of these angles at all?
