I went there and I'll go there again if necessary to bring out other points of view. My post said I wasn't implying you didn't read or hear what you were saying, I said there are contradictory stories out there and gave you two of many that contradicted what you have been saying. I was illustrating a point not questioning your accuracy. I appreciate how close you are to this event and have much more information than I have. I also know I've asked you for links to any of your facts and you haven't provided any. I read your last post and I now gather you're hearing this on tv and the radio. I don't know at this point what happened and nobody else does either. Clearly the DA bothers you but that doesn't do it for me. Do you have any information that says otherwise regarding the DA being court ordered and where are you reading that the players are cooperating?

The reason they are out there is that those stories are based on yesterday's news; you must know how that works.

And yes, the DA does bother me; this case is ALWAYS handled by assistant DA's in Durham County and he decides to handle it himself and today says he'll call a press conference in two weeks to announce what he will do, which just happens to be two weeks before the primary.
From the very first press conference he held there has been absolutely NO doubt he thinks they are guilty; he's POSITIVE a crime happened there, he says, even thought they are STILL investigating.
He said repeatedly that the DNA would PROVE that they did it; but now that the players have attorneys, he's saying that even if the DNA doesn't link any of them up, they could have used condoms or, the newest theory, that three other guys not on the soccer team could have showed up and raped her in that house.
That's utter BULL$HIT.
