I understand your point but:
Iran is an enemy of ours.
Sending anything to them seems to me to be aiding and comforting our enemy.
No telling how much money Jorge is going to spend on this but betcha it would buy more than a few miles of border fencing.
The Iranian government is our enemy. The Iranian people are not.
