Let me get this on the record. You see illegally crossing the border of the United States AND illegally working in the country without the proper documents to be the same thing as speeding? Yes or no?

No to the first, yes to the second. On the first, illegal immigration is a problem, but I don't regard that act as being inherently criminal. It isn't a felony like rape, robbery, kidnapping, murder, and the like.

On the second, speeding is actually worse than working without the proper government documents. At least speeding is sometimes dangerous to others. I uphold freedom. I should be free to hire anyone I want on any terms we can agree. And ditto if I am a worker seeking employment. Instead of whining that illegal immigrants aren't getting government mandated wages and benefits, we should repeal the laws so mandating these wages and benefits. If someone is willing to work at lower wages and benefits, well, that's part of what freedom means. He is still doing better than he would in corrupt, socialist Mexico.

You are equating speeding with illegal invasion and calling speeding more dangerous than the balkanization of America?

Wow!
