China and Russia work together because they know that they both gain whenever the USA's national treasury gets dumped in places like Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, etc.

True it is. We need conservative leadership in the White House and the Congress to stop doing the stupid stuff (like supporting illegals and funding every world conflict). Too bad we don't have a President and Congress that is FOCUSED on the U.S. instead of every country outside our borders...that would help the issue greatly.
