My principles are consistant. I would never subject my flesh to such things as you mention. On top of that, such behaviors are extremely rare and highly indicative of psychosis. Using them as a debate point for testing my premises borders on the absurd.

And yes, I am arguing against you having legislation enacted that infringes on my rights of action and free will. How would you feel if somehow legislation was enacted tomorrow that made cannibalism mandatory as the only means of disposing of a loved ones remains?

Mandatory laws should not be compared to prohibitory laws in regards to marriage. No one says it's mandatory to marry. At this point in time you can legally screw around with as many women as will tolerate you...it's legal, go knock yourself out.

Besides we're talking about thousands of years of history prohibiting polygamy in our "Western Societies."

So are you saying we should prohibit someone's free will and right to action to perform necrophilia, based upon your assumption that they are insane? And even so, what business is it of yours, and who are you to pass judgement?
