I find the timing of the arrest warrant interesting. If this were a 'knee jerk' reaction by capital police, they would have issued the warrant shortly after it happened, and changed/kept the warrant after the surveillance tapes were played. Instead, the warrant comes a day later.. seems to me, this wasn't an accidental bump as Ms McKinney suggested. That is a lot of time to review the surveillance tapes and make a decision.. Buh Bye McKinney...

Nothing, nothing, nothing will happen to her. The poor cop will probably be suspended for racism; lose his job, and maybe wind up in court.
That's the way the world works today.

Yesterday evening, on the Brit Hume show, they brought up her history of behaving like this. Maybe they think they've given her enough chances.

I refer you to Article I, Section 6 of the Constitution. She cannot be arrested while Congress is in session, and she has to be allowed to return to Georgia.
Therefore nothing can be done, unless she agrees to allow it to happen by waiving her rights as a Congressperson.
Afterwords, well, that's another matter.

I thought they could not arrest a sitting member of congress for such as she did, while said congress is in session.
