Have you ever seen or been around a Cinco De Mayo festival?No... I prefer my local Cheers like tavern. But I'm curious? What happens at Cinco De Mayo?

A lot of people with their bodies and cars draped with flags, a lot of public drinking and drunkenness, including fights and civil disobedience.

What happens at Cinco De Mayo?
The last festival the city of San Jose, Ca supported, the crowd samshed out windows of the local businesses. Since then, no more festivals.
