I consider the media guilty of misleading the public when they do such things. Dean should have been identified as a convicted felon! I keep ranting about how the "News" needs to be truthful if advertised as news, and if they cannot be truthful the Congress needs to reign them in with laws. But no, it will never happen due to the 1st amendment - free press can feed us outright lies and label it as news. Treason is all you can get them at.
