The House is supposed to have balls. It's the House of Lords that is emasculated and has been for years.
Yet one more reason the 17th should be repealed so that once again states have a voice in something that so severely impacts them.
I agree we need to start a REPEAL the 17the amendment petition. Go back to the intentions of the Founding Fathers.
