We can hope. But with pathetic enforcement of the existing immigration laws, I don't hold much hope that we have shut the door to terrorists. Bush is not doing anywhere near what he could be doing to fix this problem.
This administration has not even provided the necessary manpower to patrol the borders. From what I have heard he has held back putting more and significant BP agents on the border.
