"He really doesn't need to explain himself to you, and has ben gracious enought to offer to talk to you. Perhaps you're not quite as brave when you have to voice your thoughts on air as you are in e-mails?"
presumptuous? LOL! I don't expect anything. It was only an offer, where did I mention e-mails, and I certainly understand if he says no, as I indicated in #303. Can I ask why he doesn't need to explain himself not to me, but to all the people who listen to him and read his articles. I get the feeling that you think Tony puts his pants on differently than the rest of us, and it's something I don't think he would agree with although I wouldn't presume to talk for Tony.
Tony doesn't need me to stick up for him by any means, and I really haven't given much thought to how he puts his pants on. What I do know, is that he has an interesting, provocative show that is well thought out and well researched. I don't listen to him because I always agree with him, but because I know I can always get the straight scoop. He gives his opinions, supported by facts, and we can accept it or not. I think he explains himself quite well to his listeners and his readers, with or without your "help". Call him, don't call him, I could care less. But I get tired of reading posts where you suggest his thinking is wrong, and unfair to his listeners, but won't engage him in the manner a Talk show host is usually engaged....by CALLING & TALKING to him.
