A lot of folks think some of us are spreading rumors... Dr. Rusty and a lot of the 'intel' blogs were on this from day one... in fact, had video and talked about the propaganda before she was kidnapped. We said then that she would be released just like the Euro reporter that was snatched that no one heard about again then assumed dead or forgot about... showed up in Germany two weeks ago... no news of course.
Beginning to sound like an updated version of the "Manchurian Candidate"? How about a new film, the "Iraqi Impersonator"!
And don't believe for one nanosecond that Military guys weren't looking for her - they were.
The fact that she was released where she was, then refused any help from the Military out of the Country, refused to be debriefed - well, let's say they hope she doesn't plan a return trip to Iraq any time soon because they will meet her at the airport and put her butt right back on a plane outta there. As far as our guys in Iraq, she is now "persona non grata" and if met at a road stop will be told to turn around and go home.
She has burned her bridges but I don't think she cares.
Anybody here have a pool running on how soon she will announce that she is writing a book? And if she was treated so well, what on earth will she be writing about?
