How is it that Bush is so clueless about so many things? This is tiresome.

He's not clueless. He looks at conservatives like Ted Kennedy looks at Blacks. "Throw them a bone now and then, but don't work to get their vote, because they have nowhere else to go."

He's not at all clueless about this.

He knows exactly what he wants, and he's being reasonably forceful about getting it.

What he wants is terrible, it is the destruction of what it has taken generations to build - but his behavior is not clueless.

All he needs to do is read ANY paper in Washington DC. He's like the Energizer Bunny.

He isn't clueless - he playing geostrategic chess and he feels he can't explain his strategy to the public for national security reasons. We are already fighting a proxy war with China, and control over Latin America is the current battlefield.

We are being asked to accept the lesser of two evils without an explanation of what the greater evil is.

I think it largely comes from being born with a silver spoon in the mouth and never having to work a real job where you answer to someone else. It tends to put one in a bubble.

He's not clueless. The worst of it is he knows exactly what he's doing.

Ronald Reagan is remembered for being "The Great Communicator" and Bush will be remembered as "The Great Dufus".
