convict those who hire illegals I have a better idea. Civil fines for those who hire illegals that includes the costs of processing and shipping the illegals back to their country of origin.

...deport illegals in our jails... This one's a REAL no-brainer...why should WE be paying for the incarceration of illegals? Deport them now to their native countries...end of story.
