Congress has cut funding to hire new Agents, cut funding for technology for the border, and cut funding for the law enforcement equipment. What he has asked for, and what he has received are two different things. Don't try and tell me he has a Republican Congress, because they act in THEIR OWN INTEREST, not the Country's interest!
