How safe could anyone possibly feel while in their care?
It's called extreme duress!!! Would you please ping me if you get any Jill updates?
At the Christian Science website, on the left bar, there is a link to a daily report on "Terrorism and ?" it was about Jill today, written by a fellow reporter.
It told how she had been warned to not go to the American Green Zone, that she was forced to make the video saying how good they had been to her.
What I had hoped to find was there also, she went so that she would fully understand who the Iraqi people were and to find out all that she could. To learn.
She prepared for the trip by learning arabic, which is not a light undertaking.
Jill wore the muslim dress all the time she was in Iraq, she had been advised to dress as the Iraqi ladies did, which is good advise, from what I have read.
I have made a note of your name and will let you know if I find other news, and if you would do the same, we may learn something also.
Maybe I do understand a little of how she must have felt, I am alone, with cats, due to health, do not often leave the place or go outside.
At times, my thoughts get off kilter, but the Freepers keep me talking on the computer and days go by, with me not talking to anyone or using my voice.
When I think of being locked in a room, with guns pointed at me, knowing that the end would come when a terrorist decided to do so......
I think if she survives this to write and think clearly, it can only be with God's blessing.
No, I am sure she did not suffer as our POW's do and did, but then she didn't get the training and more than likely thought it couldn't happen to her.
I do pray that God will give her the healing that she will need.
