That is not what he said; it's the reporter's interpretation of what he said. I posted the EXACT press conference.I'm open to finding out more about this. Did Bush not actually use the word "vigilantes"? Was he merely hinting that Minutemen are vigilantes rather than saying it explicitly? Was Bush talking about the Minutemen, and then just coincidentally went off on an unrelated tangent about vigilantes? That would have to be quite a stretch for a reporter to say that Bush used that term if he didn't.

LOL! I guess rather than admit that Bush refered to the Minutemen as vigilantes, there are some here that would rather think he was getting senile and rambling incoherently.
