Inaction, while not good, would be preferable to the amnesty plans.
I would be willing to consider any proposal, if we would just shut down the incredible flow.
It will get worse as the masses hear the wonderful words of "amnesty"!

I predict you'll be the first one folding when the illegals rise up, have their revolucion, and install the Peoples Republic of Aztlan over California and the US southwest. Should try to live south of Tucson, AZ. When I lived there there were car-jackings nightly. I guess the illegals didnt realize we use the same word they do for "taxi"

If Michael Peroutka can't even care for his own child, why would anybody vote for the dork for President?Funny, but I've never once seen a presidential candidate run a campaign centered on his child-rearing skills. You have odd priorities in a candidate. "Man, that guy put his kid up for adoption, I'd better vote for the open-borders guy instead."

Good luck! Will you let me know if you get the same person or the same speech, please, when you get time? Thank you :)

I would request a good, articulate FR writer draft a letter we could all copy and send out to those politicians who are selling us out. Flooding these bums via email or getting a national petition going is a possibility too. Just tossing out some ideas .

Or they could get an abortion, which is favorable? If they were in dire straits before having the child, then abortion is the cowards way out.

I don't know the circimstances, but its definatly a good reason not to vote for him. But I'm just saying some here attack people who give children up for adoption, I'm just trying to point out that there are MUCH worse options. Plus foster care is way different than adoption.

I think Boxer and Fienswine will be my Senators until they die.

Call me a racist, a troll, third party freak, and insult my service to this country. Nice way to try to win an argument. You guys are showing your true colors. Yeah. Like my apology to you up the thread, for implying you were a racist.
You never acknowledged it. I'm left to conclude that you didn't accept it, since that was well over an hour ago.
Is that how you wish to proceed?

He doesn't get to WRITE the question, dimbulb. Thanks for keeping the conversation lowbrow. My point is, who was the reporter talking about, if not the Minutemen; and who did Bush think he was talking about? I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he just didn't have a clue.

My point exactly.

I agree, but most people can't think long-term. Best thing that ever happened was Ford losing in 1976, which led to Reagan in 1980. Good point. Some are so in love with "winning" that they lose sight of what the results of "winning" are.
Are we really winning when we are implementing our opponent's agenda?
To: Mo1
That's not what he said
The Washington Times seems to think he did:
President Bush yesterday said he opposes a civilian project to monitor illegal aliens crossing the border, characterizing them as "vigilantes."

I have no idea what you want.
You are new here.
You talk like you're straight from the Constit. or Libert. parties.
You're a doom and gloomer.

Within a few years it will never be possible for a Republican to win the Presidency. Doesn't matter. Because Republicans don't matter. We've seen what they do, once given the chance. Same old crap.
The GOP is useless and needs to go the way of the Whigs; we sure as hell don't need two Big Stupid Government parties.

I'll tell them that I am a concerned citizen and voter and wondering what the future POTUS candidate is doing about securing our borders so I can make my voting decision.
