I'm so sorry you were a victim of the nanny state. I just wonder how the state will try to reverse it's stance when it becomes clear to even the worst smoking nazi that tax revenue is gone because of the smoking ban. It should be interesting.

I hope that the non smokers who will have to pay the difference will stand up and tell the legislators to stick it when other tax increases are being discussed.
