Well, unless you think all can be saved, the choice is to save the ones where the parents want them saved and let the unwanted ones slip away, or save the ones that the parents don't want to be saved and let the wanted ones be lost.

Anyone who wants their baby to come to term will find every effort is made by their health care providers to see that it does. "Letting the unwanted ones slip away" is nothing more than a euphemism for "kill it." Abortion is an intentional act.
