My bad; there's no contradiction there, as the good end does not justify the evil means. The contradiction is between the idea that one will go to Hell for killing a preconscious baby and the idea that it's wrong to prevent that killing. It's clear to me that the proper way to resolve that contradiction is to reject the rather silly notion that it's wrong to prevent that killing.
