I'm sorry, but you sound bigoted.

One has no control over the name one is given at birth. If you judge someone based upon that premise, you are bigoted. At some point in history, even your name was strange.

My name happens to be Hebrew, so to all the "jew haters" of the world, I am unemployable - that is just ridiculous.

If I were a bigot, then I'd want black mothers to use such names.

Whether you like it or not, the world judges people on things like a given name. "Sharon Jones" will be treated differently than "L'Shonda Jones". You may not like this, but your feelings won't change reality.
