Angcat, you say, I saw a Documentary on the making of the Towers and one of the architects said "helicopters do not land on skyscrapers" he said it was a big misconception that it could not be done.
I got news for this guy.
It was done.
In the first World Trade Center bombing in 93, a helicopter flew to top of the North Tower.
It didn't land on the top of the tower.
It was right above the top of the tower.
The doors to the roof were locked, too.
Police Sgt. Timothy Farrell was able to use tools he brought with him to break open the doors and get down the stairs. The helicopters evacuated 28 people with medical difficulties from the roof.
He said never go to the roof of a skyscraper to escape, go down. I will try and find more info on the show and the fella's name.
