All of the amnesty proposals (I've not seen much else) address "the worker" and what they have to do to stay here. I don't see anything about the family and relatives of "the worker" who are here soaking up the good life. Will there be any requirements for them to meet? Will they have to become "workers" or go home? Or will they be granted amnesty without any conditions? If "the worker" becomes unable to work will he be granted unconditional amnesty or sent home?

They get amnesty without any conditions. It is called chain migration and is already allowed.
Those 11-20 million illegals that receive amnesty can bring in almost everyone, their parents, wife, kids, etc.

So that 11-20 million X 3-7 more people = ?

Amnesty of any kind is a bad idea.
