LOL. You must be kidding. I mean besides the subject I would think this would be for all states both hetro and homo. I mean at least one person in a state should be a resident. I don't think this is too out of line. Nevada is a completely different place due to the entertainment factor. Those marriages are shames anyway. They don't last so I don't consider that in the same caliber as other marriages.
