I am wondering about that Christian Science group also, they seemed a little too prepared this morning. Are they same as scientiogist? Are they a cult?

No. Yes.

Christian Scientists are definitely NOT the same as Scientologists, but they are rather weird. They are the ones who occasionally make the news when one of them won't let their kid get cancer treatment because they think if prayer won't cure it, God wants to bring them home. Some would call them a cult.

The Church of Christ Scientist(Christian Science)was founded by Mary Baker Eddy in 1879. Basically, they spurn traditional medical and rely instead on prayer and Christian Science practitioners. Although their practices are controversial, I'm not sure that they would qualify as a cult. However,I could be very wrong as I'm far from well versed on the subject.
