Anyone else feel like they are getting punked? I'm starting to wonder if these kidnappings are part of an hoax/extortion scheme.
The Italian hostage was found with some of the money handed to the kidnappers, the story was not very well reported.
Of course, this doesn't explain why they didn't just kill her.
There will be a press conference with a general from Baghdad around 8:00 AM.
It's beginning to be like a bad TV action show.
It is unreal...the press releases, etc.

Yes...I am wondering that myself.
I've been skeptical every since the kidnappers extended deadline after deadline for their demands to be met. Here's some interesting info that never really made it into the mainstream media...

I find myself not 'caring enough' that she has been released. It's wonderful, I am much happier she is alive... I'm happier for the 'miner', other Iraqi hostages...I feel badly saying it, but I feel she was played....she had "Stockholm syndrome" BEFORE she was a hostage.
I can't put my finger on it, but something is not 'quite right' ... nothing really definitive and I don't think this is "IT", she was all too willing to wear "muslim attire" BEFORE her kidnapping. I wish somebody could point out my *exact* feeling on this.
