Arms merchants? Wow, so the corner hardware store that also sells 22's is a "arms merchant". That would make Walmart a armagedon merchant I guess :).
If the dealers are rogue then they must be breaking a law. If they are breaking a law then they should be in jail. But then we all know its not about enforcing laws, its about controlling the sheep.
