Cynthia McKinney (D-GA), Maxine Waters (D-CA), and Sheila Jackson, Lee (D-TX). Yes it's a shame they don't have the professional graces for the job. Of the three, McKinney and Waters are an interchangeable coin flip. Both are dunces!
