What to do?? Arrest them. All of them. And deport the ones that aren't citizens. Simple, really.
The solution to a walk out is a lock out. Announce that any student who is not in class is expelled and their parents will have to pay a fine to get them back in.
Notice they are public school students instead of parochial school students.
Time to deport on the spot. Take them home and see if their parents are here legally. Deport, deport, deport.
