And you may very well be right.
But as it is now, our elected officials in Washington are selling us down the river and unless Texans are willing to secede or start a revolution, they will have no choice but to go along with the program.
They can stand up and tell the pols that enough is enough and either force them to do what is right...or give them the boot and put people in who will. They can counter protest and make sure that the pols see it...they can contact them directly, and they can raise holy hell over this...which is exactly what all of us should be doing.
