I'll tell you this ignoring the law that Congress is doing for the sake of Hispanic votes is pure unadulterated BS, it needs to stop. Obey the law all the time!!
When citizens stop obeying the law and start making our own off the cuff, you have anarchy.
Citizens have to obey the laws. It's the illegal alien laws that are being rewritten, in order to change ther label from "illegal" to "legal." Voila, no more illegal aliens. And once the law is changed, they aren't lawbreakers anymore, hence no anarchy.
