"HERE'S ONE TO CONSIDER: There is a sizable and identifiable population within the Latino community who were raised and schooled in America and can't read or speak English. WHY? We teach bilingual education, but it hasn't worked ...WHY?"

There is a sizable and identifiable population within the Anglo population who were raised and schooled in America and can't read or speak English. Why?

It happens because the rats have controlled the education system for far too long. The sad thing on the immigration front is that there are brilliant minds across the world, especially in Asia that could really contribute significantly to our economy. But since they can't cross the Rio Grande, or some other hole in the border, we don't let them in. But it's o.k. for minimum wagers in Mexico to come across all day long. Go figure.
